Job Overview: 

Black Box is a leading control room technology provider specializing in high-performance KVM, AV, and IoT solutions for mission-critical control room and command center environments.  We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and sales enablement efforts across the North and South American regions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Programs, this role will focus on campaign execution, content development, event coordination, and marketing analytics.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution:  Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs targeting control rooms in key verticals, including Government (Dept. of Defense and civilian agencies), Data Centers, Broadcast, Entertainment, and Transportation. Sales Enablement Support:  Create and manage localized marketing materials, sales collateral, and content for the sales team via the content portal. Event Coordination:  Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including regional tabletop, distribution, and industry events. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional efforts. Content Development:  Work with the content team to develop marketing collateral, campaign copy, and email marketing materials tailored to the US market. Digital & Social Media Support: Assist in adapting global campaigns for local markets, ensuring consistency across digital platforms. Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation:  Utilize tools like ZoomInfo, Pardot, and Salesforce to manage lead qualification and nurture campaigns. Analytics & Reporting:  Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimize marketing efforts. Budget & Vendor Coordination:  Support the marketing team with SOWs, POs, and invoice tracking for marketing initiatives.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, control room solutions, or related industries. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, ZoomInfo) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing copy. Experience in event planning, sales support, or content creation is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on marketing performance. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
