Responsibilities
The marketing specialist is an integral member of the marketing team supporting key service line objectives with an emphasis on driving growth through patient acquisition and retention across the Arizona Division. Main areas of responsibility include 1) project management; 2) web page development and updates; 3) data analysis and reporting; 4) collaboration with internal team members and stakeholders, and managing relationships with select vendors; 5) writes copy for website, social media, email and other collateral materials; 6) general support as required.
Manages stakeholder project requests for marketing materials including invitations, sell sheets, brochures and web content from start to completion. To include copy writing and editing.Team lead and super-user for: Adobe Analytics: builds dashboards, pulls reports, provides insights/recommendations Adobe Experience Manager (web editing platform): manages content updates, designs new pages, makes technical improvementsMarket: builds landing pages and emails, manages data, pulls reports and provides insight and recommendationsManages team’s Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and deliverables: uses platform to build and generate reports and provide insights/recommendations for content optimization and technical improvementsLead contact for one of our Direct to Employer relationships: liaison between marketing and program manager; monthly web updates, quarterly email development, ongoing educational resources and a representative on the Marketing and Communication Department’s Core Content Team: collaborate to bring together deliverables for strategic prioritiesProvide support to service line marketing leads as required.Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees. Qualifications
MINIMUM
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of job related experience in lieu of the degree
3 years of experience in consumer marketing or related experience
PREFERRED
Working knowledge of adobe products, Web Analytics, email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
Copy-writing experience
Comofortable with creative and analytical thinking
