About this opportunity:
Design Within Reach is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative individual to help us grow the DWR business. This individual will be responsible for managing marketing efforts across channels for key sales and promotions, as well as cross-departmental communication.

Requirements:
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in multiple channels at a retail, entrepreneurial or digitally-native business.Experience managing a budget.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of office software such as Airtable and Wrike, and comfort with learning new applications.A drive to constantly improve processes and find new, better ways to work efficiently.Willingness and excitement to be flexible and helpful across multiple parts of the business.Motivated self-starter with high energy level, a passion for design and a willingness to do what it takes to create great work.Works well in a highly collaborative environment.Extremely organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once, meeting tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Who We Hire?
