Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in Clearwater, Florida. You will be a part of the dynamic team where your main focus will be on creating marketing strategies, managing relationships with external teams, interpreting data from marketing campaigns, and delivering creative concepts. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage creative marketing strategies for various verticals • Handle the relationship with external B2B and SEO outsourcing group • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to identify success factors and areas for improvement • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for target markets • Develop creative concepts and mockups for the design staff • Manage content across various social media platforms • Utilize CRM to maintain accurate customer records and manage customer inquiries • Use Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools to enhance the creative side of campaigns • Work on brand awareness through blogging and other methods • Use Google Ad and Facebook Insights for advertising and analytics • Conduct AB testing to optimize campaign performance. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is required for creating compelling visuals and marketing materials. • Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) to effectively manage and update website content. • Experience with CRM for managing customer interactions and data. • Ability to use Facebook Insights to analyze, report, and optimize social media campaigns. • Experience with Google Ads for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns. • Knowledge of AB Testing to compare campaign variants and optimize marketing efforts. • Demonstrated ability in creating engaging and effective advertisements. • Strong analytical skills for tracking, interpreting and understanding marketing data and metrics. • Experience in blogging, for creating engaging content and improving SEO. • Proven track record in increasing brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies.
