Work directly with the Senior Regional Marketing Director and Sales Management, supporting marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, great communicator, multi-tasker, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the development, amplification, and maintenance of sales tools and marketing initiatives. This position will work across various departments including marketing, research, sales, social, and creative.
Your Responsibilities
Upkeep of local marketing collateral on internal server, website, and intranet.Fulfill all national marketing requests, i.e., newsletter stories, media kits, etc.Create and maintain local materials.Develop customized collateral for specific clients and targets.Ideate, research, and design proactive materialsCollaborate with Sales Teams and Managers on local, regional and national projects, presentations, proposals and other sales/marketing collateral.Assist in writing & developing market content for outfront.com and OUTFRONT’s social channelsBecome research expert within the market.Learn, work with, and understand marketing research as it can best be used on sales collateral, competitive research requests, customized presentations, etc.Ability to analyze and pull insights from data setsAttend and present updates at local weekly sales meetings, marketing meetings, etc.Respond in timely manner to Account Executive’s questions, sales needs, and handle all incoming requests appropriately and accuratelyCollaborate with the regional marketing team on various projects, including all project phases from brainstorming, creation, delivery, and follow upBe responsive and complete projects as needed and as directed by the Senior Regional Marketing Director and/or Sales ManagementPrioritize current marketing needs on a daily, weekly, and long-term basis, communicating those goals daily to Senior Regional Marketing Director, revising as needed.Your Qualifications
3+ years professional experience. Advertising agency/marketing experience highly preferred.Bachelor’s DegreeStrong market(s) knowledgeExperience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign & Photoshop and Microsoft Office including PowerPointMust be able to work in fast-paced environment: meet strict deadlines & handle multiple ongoing projects concurrentlyMust be able to work in a team setting and independently, many times taking initiative/lead on projects and requestsMust be able to take initiative, introduce new ideas with an emphasis on ‘forward thinking’ and sales generationDesire to learn marketing/advertising and how our business fits into ‘The Big Picture’Strong eye for design/visual aestheticsStellar writing, organizational, and time management skillsPassionate - no job too small mentalityProfessional advertising/marketing experience a plusTo all Recruitment Agencies: OUTFRONT Media LLC does not accept agency and unsolicited resumes.
