Provides project management for key marketing initiatives and processes for the regional Trinity Health system including the brand, service lines and departments. Recommends and implements marketing and communications strategies to support regional and local growth, including identification of appropriate service delivery channels and promotional techniques to stimulate demand and build loyalty. Oversees development of marketing related communications materials such as brochures, e-newsletters, presentations, and poster copy.
What the Marketing Specialist will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.Three to five years related experience exhibiting increasing levels of responsibility.Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practicesStrong knowledge of customer channels, including social media, and their marketing applicationsDemonstrated knowledge of market and customer research strategies and toolsEvent management experienceExcellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.Strong project management skills.Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
What the Marketing Specialist will do:
