The Mako Business Division is the main business division responsible for robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery portfolio.
This role offers an opportunity for junior marketing staff to learn and grow, specializing in marketing for robotic joint replacement surgery within the leading medical device industry.
This position aims to support and conduct Mako marketing activities in building and executing strategic marketing programs for all Mako SmartRoboticsTM portfolio as a junior marketing staff including medical education programs, annual marketing plan, patient marketing programs, to grow sustainably in a profitable way.
In addition, this position focuses on reinforcing Stryker branding and engagement with KOLs.
Collaborate to achieve sales target and gain market share, set up marketing plan for product promotion strategy to drive product growth and market expansionSupport and execute valued-added MedEd programs including cadaveric hands-on program/TPEC/Conferences for customer engagement in compliance with KMDIA guidelines
Manage MedEd-related inventory management, incl., surgical instruments, disposables and other goodsMarketing tools and collaterals development and managementDevelop and execute PR/Patient marketing programs and agency managementClose communication with sales and MPSs(Mako product specialist) to develop and deploy effective marketing plansSupport Market analysis and data management to understand market dynamics and capture core insightHave good knowledge about product features and benefits and well understanding on market key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknessesBudget & payment management: NA, CER, and samples etc for timely payment Project tacker and KPI monitoring· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
· Entry-level or 1-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing and/or MedEd
· Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
· A strong willingness to learn and take initiative
· Organizational and time management skills
· Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Business English communication skill preferred
