Job Description

Farm Progress is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to be responsible for the execution of omnichannel marketing programs that will deliver the business objectives of the agriculture portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing market trends, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns, creating, and updating websites, and developing reports for continued performance improvements across channels.

Role Accountability and Duties:

· Work with the Marketing Manager to implement and monitor strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans.

· Execute omnichannel programs and achieve KPIs for the group, including events, digital, media services, and sales.

· Drive engagement and acquire audiences across social, email, website, broadcast, and educational channels.

· Optimize marketing plans through a test and learn approach to identify high-performing channels.

· Implement content strategies to engage, nurture, and convert audiences.

· Update, maintain, and enhance marketing and event websites.

· Maintain, implement and launch social media and email campaigns in conjunction with marketing, editorial and content teams.

· Utilize customer journey mapping to plan channels, tactics, and campaigns for audience progression.

· Apply a digital-first mindset to campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

· Provide detailed reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and event registrations to stakeholders.

· Manage and support sponsors with marketing assets.

· Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders: Sales, Production, Operations, Content, Data, and Leadership teams.

· Support audience cross-pollination for the portfolio.

· Develop an understanding of key systems, ensuring best practices, continuous improvements, and efficiencies.

· Propose innovative ways to enhance campaigns, processes, and daily operations.

· Perform additional tasks as required.

The salary range for this position is 51,000-63,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

· Prior B2B/B2C marketing campaign experience, focusing on awareness, interest, engagement, and conversion.

· Previous experience in audience marketing, understanding target audiences, brand propositions, and key messages.

· Experience with data platforms and segmentation strategies.

· Proficiency in content marketing.

· Digital marketing expertise including SEO, Google Analytics, and paid search.

· Familiarity with CMS platforms and website development.

· Strong copywriting and editing skills.

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

· Ability to consistently meet and exceed deadlines.

· Demonstrated initiative and willingness to exceed responsibilities to achieve ROI.

· Self-starter mentality with keen attention to detail.

· Innovative thinker capable of delivering exceptional performance.

· Comfortable working in a matrix organization structure.
