The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple large-scale, high-impact projects that drive business success. This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional initiatives, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional results for our Marketing and Corporate teams.
What you will be working on:
As a Senior Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end execution of projects and requests for our Marketing and corporate clients. This individual takes the initiative to increase the planning horizon of projects while looking for ways to help the team work efficiently and collaboratively.
Lead strategic marketing initiatives. Define, plan and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of high-visibility marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Intake and create project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for all requests. Working with project requester and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are documented and scoped before transitioning to the implementation phase. Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and prioritization processes to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate yearly and quarterly goal planning with assigned marketing channels. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand goals, refine requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and implement solutions for organizational pain points, ensuring effective delivery and enhanced team performance. Empower team members to produce their best work, help manage scope and identify change requests. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and eliminate bottlenecks. Provide regular updates on project status, resource allocation, and outcomes to senior leadership. Support department functions and operations.

What we’re looking for:
BA/BS in Business/ Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing. Deep knowledge of product marketing, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies is essential. Proficiency in tools like Asana and a strong understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies. Ability to break down complex business goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. Agile, goal-orient personality, driven to succeed, and always up for a challenge. Ability to work with project stakeholders to clearly understand project goals and refine requirements. Skilled in eliminating last-minute requests by anticipating upcoming needs and planning ahead. A proactive mindset, capable of independently managing large projects and driving results under pressure. Clear understanding of how to prioritize work and competing requests. Highly organized and detailed oriented. Proven track record of project delivery and excellent follow through. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Process oriented, always looking for ways to streamline and improve.
