Design proactive programs and treatments, including research and analytics initiatives or other go-to-market strategies that create clear understanding of how Marketing Science can help small business segments grow. 2. Drive advertiser adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, best practices, and products. 3. Work closely with sales, program leaders, and other cross-functions to drive direct impact on small business marketing strategy. 4. Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in creative ways to stakeholders and partners. 5. Build processes that scale ad-effectiveness research initiatives. 6. Advocate for small businesses with other research and product teams to ensure that solutions are designed with businesses of all shapes and sizes in mind. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Market Research, Marketing Management, Communications, Statistics, Advertising, or related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a marketing-related occupation. 8. Requires 3 years of experience in the following: 9. 1. Statistical analysis, including one of the following: experimental design, modeling, or advertising research 10. 2. Consulting, market research, and media research 11. 3. Independently scoping and executing research projects with clients or cross-functional stakeholders 12. 4. Applied research focusing on media consumption, consumer behavior, or marketing effectiveness 13. 5. Digital advertising measurement methods and technologies 14. 6. Communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences 15. 7. Field experiments, experimental design, survey sampling, or panel data 16. 8. Operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner 17. 9. Building connections with stakeholders and team members through effective communication and collaborating cross-functionally 18. 10.
