Marketing Retention Ops Coordinator
Description Marketing Retention Ops Coordinator (Contract) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Through April (potential for extension) Schedule: Full-time (3 days/week onsite in Buckhead) About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Retention Ops Coordinator to support our retention efforts across SMS and marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution and optimization of our retention strategies, contributing directly to customer loyalty and revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to manage campaign logistics, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities: + Execute and manage SMS marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, message creation, scheduling, and deployment. + Support the development and implementation of marketing campaign automation for retention. + Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to identify trends and areas for optimization. + Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine retention strategies. + Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and results. + Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). + Troubleshoot technical issues related to SMS and marketing automation platforms. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices for SMS marketing. + Assist with other marketing projects as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. + Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably with a focus on retention or CRM. + Experience with SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Twilio, Attentive, Klaviyo) is essential. + Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus. + Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). + Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization is a plus.
