The Marketing Professional, Creative Development coordinates the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects. The Professional 2, Creative Development work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands.Develops and coordinates multimedia packages (e.g., letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays).Involves use of sponsorship, events and sales promotions.Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.Follows established guidelines/procedures.Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeExperience with Adobe Campaign or a similar campaign tool2 or more years of experience in database marketingDemonstrated superior organizational skills to keep track of multiple requests, projects and campaigns in queuePursues excellence: Possesses high attention to detail with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsAble to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with many different departments and functions across the organizationBroad knowledge and experience with large databasesStrong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work on a team and individually while being self-motivatedAbove average skills in communication, logical thinking, and marketingMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred Qualifications
