You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, execute omnichannel campaigns, and provide product training to sales teams and customers. Staying advised about industry trends, healthcare policies, and customer needs will be essential in shaping our product and marketing strategies. **Main responsibilities will include:** + Develop and implement a clear product strategy, which include product lifecycle management, portfolio and demand forecasting, go-to-market strategies and pricing. + Design and execute omnichannel campaigns in collaboration with the EMEA marketing team, measure campaign effectiveness and pivot accordingly. + Co-ordinate all aspects of promotional campaigns and/or participation in 3rd party conferences. + Develop and maintain superior product knowledge and provide regular product training to the sales team and customers. + Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders s.a. supply chain, customer service, regulatory, sales and EMEA marketing. + Establish professional relationships with key opinion leaders and patient associations to ensure a high level of customer centricity in our activities. + Stay informed about industry trends, local healthcare policies, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage market research and data to informed product and marketing decisions. + You will be responsible for covering the Benelux region. Our Sales HQ is located in Erembodegem and Supply chain is located in Olen, Belgium, and your presence will be required there. **About you** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or industry-related discipline (MBA is an advantage). + Minimum 2-3 years’ proven experience in healthcare, medical devices or comparable field. + Experience in getting things done in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable speaking publicly to diverse audiences. + Strong organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills. + Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. + Proficient in Dutch, English and French is a plus **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
