Marketing Operations Specialist (EMEA)

Job location: our London OR Amsterdam office (hybrid, 2-3 times per week)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team primarily focusing optimising campaign operations across Snowflake’s marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll develop and implement governance and structure for our campaign processes, closely collaborating with the EMEA marketing teams to execute effective campaigns and strategies. As a key member of the team, you’ll be instrumental in driving campaign execution, audience engagement, and continuously improving overall campaign strategy and performance.  

This role will report into the EMEA Marketing Operations team with a specific focus on Snowflake EMEA marketing operations team and marketing in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.

Assist in A/B testing, personalization, and optimization of campaigns for better engagement.

Set up and monitor email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and workflows.

Leverage customer data to develop dynamic content, implement advanced segmentation strategies

Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize subject lines, creative elements, and CTAs for maximum impact.

Continuously enhance and optimize our email processes, including QA, SLAs, campaign intake, exclusions, scheduling, and tracking.

Define and monitor KPIs like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to measure campaign success. Analyze email performance, identify areas for improvement, and apply data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience in enterprise level marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau).

Proficient in HTML, dynamic content creation, and email nurture campaigns.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven mindset, with a focus on optimizing campaign performance through KPIs.

A team player with a \"can-do\" attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Creative thinker, capable of generating innovative ideas for campaign execution and process enhancements.
