As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role on the integrated marketing team, responsible for driving business growth through the execution of marketing campaigns. You will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and understanding of industry best practices. Being the main liaison between marketing, digital products, I.T. and agency teams.
You will identify processes to maximize resource efficiency and marketing technology usage, and keep marketing leadership team informed of marketing progress, impact and opportunities for improvement. The marketing operations manager will also help manage the marketing investments, monthly accounting and procurement activities.

Project Management:
Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and track campaign performanceImprove marketing processes across all marketing departments, including both non-digital and digital channels, paid and ownedTechnical Integration and Delivery
Collaborate with I.T. to Integrate technologies into marketing processes, assisting agency partners and marketing teams.Support the alignment, mapping and integration of marketing data and donor data across platforms, i.e. lead gen and CAPI Meta.Marketing Productivity and Asset Management
Serve as the primary admin for the DAM (digital asset management) and marketing productivity tools; i.e. Teams, Jira, Monday, Canva, Khoros, Lytho, LitmusBe the primary librarian and governance lead for the DAMTrain and support team members on marketing productivity systems, helping with the use of tools and troubleshooting'sBudgets and Resourcing
Manage marketing billings, contracts, and resourcing activities including Companion, Ariba & Open TextPartner with procurement on contract renewals, vendor set up, legal reviews, contract signatures and purchase ordersMarketing Processes and Effectiveness
Identify and document processes to maximize resource efficiency and improve usage of marketing technologyEnsure processes are communicated and facilitate compliance of the processesJOB SPECIFICATIONS:
