Marketing Manager - U.S./Canada Cross Border

Together. **Summary** Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Global Initiatives, as a Marketing Manager, you will work closely with firm attorneys from across the Americas and other marketing team members to support all marketing and business development activities for the local market and for practice groups in Canada and in connection to cross-border activities across the firm, most particularly between the US and Canada.   **Location** This position can sit in any of our U.S. offices and offers a hybrid work schedule.   **Responsibilities**   + Executes all marketing and business development initiatives. + Develops and manages marketing plans for the local offices. + Ensures national and cross-border marketing initiatives are being executed at the local office level, and where appropriate. + Serves as a key point of contact for marketing/business development support for attorneys in local Canadian offices and within the US-Global Initiatives Team. + Serves as a liaison between local office attorneys and other marketing functions. + Provides sales support and otherwise assists attorneys in any way needed with target opportunities. + Conducts business and market research; conducts relationship searches and other BD functions as required. + Assists with identifying speaking and publishing opportunities as part of day to day practice management. + Updates sales pipeline information as needed in conjunction with the Pitches & Proposals Team. + Supports deal/case tracking efforts as necessary. + Other duties as assigned. **Desired Skills**   Ideal candidate will be a customer service focused, personal, detail-oriented, and high energy professional with management-level experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Strong client service orientation, project management, and the ability to generate immediate credibility with firm attorneys are essential. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
