**General Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our retail marketing strategies and ensuring our retail partners are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital ecommerce, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to create and distribute comprehensive retail toolkits.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute retail partner marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Produce a monthly consumer/retail channel report covering relevant market insights, sales and promotional results and up-coming actions. Monitor channel performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize partner success.
• Create and distribute retail toolkits, including marketing materials, product information, and promotional assets, to retail partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
• Manage digital ecommerce initiatives to enhance online presence and drive traffic to retail partner sites.
• Track, document, and build processes for administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Proven experience in retail partner marketing and digital ecommerce.
• Strong ability to build and distribute retail toolkits effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on tracking, documenting, and process building for administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and partner performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA and is not eligible for remote work.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Customer-facing partner relationship management skills.
• A “can-do” attitude with a high degree of creativity, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Highly organized with great follow-through and comfortable presenting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• At least 6 years in a marketing role and at least 3 years of direct relevant experience overseeing partner relationships and managing MDF investments.
• Experience with Retailers and PC OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, ASUS, Samsung)

**Pay range** **and Other Compensation & Benefits** **:**
$133,500.00 - $200,300.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
