Qualifications: BCom Marketing or equivalent Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, managing a diverse portfolio of brands. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills. Brand Management: Expertise in brand development, positioning, and rejuvenation. Market Insights: Keen understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. Campaign Execution: Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns, including ATL and digital initiatives. Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Brand Management: Oversee a portfolio of brands, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning. Product Innovation: Identify market opportunities and drive new product development. Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels. Team Management: Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively. Performance Measurement: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI.
