Introduction to role
As a Marketing Manager CVRM, you will report to the Business Unit Director BioPharmaceuticals. Your primary purpose is to effectively manage the business unit's marketing team and product portfolio. Working closely with the First Line Sales Manager, you will ensure that planned sales targets are met and that costs are accurately managed. You will collaborate with internal customers including the Business Unit Manager, Medical Affairs Department, FLSM, Sales Team, IBEX, and Market Access.
Accountabilities
Define portfolio/brand strategy and priorities, plan and propose the allocation of marketing resources, and oversee the forecasting/budgeting process in collaboration with the Business Unit Director.Lead and establish a team of marketing colleagues within the TA while providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure an appealing career experience for the marketing team.Thoroughly analyze market development and situation, providing interpretation and expertise for the TA with special attention to the competitive landscape alongside marketing plan realization.Coordinate and prepare brand plans and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the BUD and TA x-team.Plan and closely follow up on investment budget allocation in line with strategic priorities and drivers.Track KPIs with First Line Sales Managers to ensure monitoring of operational plans and implementation plans for marketing campaigns, aiming to achieve planned objectives.Implement elements of the marketing plan for which the marketing team is directly responsible (symposia, preparation of educational and promotional content and materials, training of sales representatives, omnichannel campaigns, etc.).Collaborate with the Medical team to plan and implement the preparation for the launch of new brands, including market analysis and pre-launch activities.Engage in broader transforming care and disease awareness campaigns with representatives of Medical Affairs Department and Market Access.Create, maintain, and upgrade good relations with HCPs, PAGs, and all relevant stakeholders.Conduct monthly analyses of sales results with First Line Sales Managers and BUD.Build standardized and ad hoc relevant reporting to the BUD and participate in building content for Market Reviews, global colleague visits, and budgeting purposes throughout the year.Plan and implement professional development activities for Marketing team members through internally and externally organized trainings.Ensure implementation of the full Performance Development process and individual development planning (IDP) for Marketing team members.Perform all business activities in accordance with the AZ Code of Ethics and relevant Policies and Standards, ensuring full compliance with corporate and EFPIA policies.Undertake all necessary trainings in AZ Code of Ethics and corresponding Policies and Standards in a timely manner, catalyzing the same approach for direct reports.Adhere to AZ Standards for Reporting Patient Safety and Product Quality Complaints.Report all accidents (including traffic accidents), occupational diseases, incidents, and other safety deviations to the line manager and SHE Coordinator.Essential Skills/Experience
