Marketing Manager- Business Banking
Job Purpose & Scope Develops and implements annual marketing strategies for general business banking and specialty lines of business. Essential Job Functions + Collaborates with the creative, digital marketing and media teams on content planning and provide strategic guidance on paid marketing/advertising initiatives. + Manages the day-to-day marketing needs of our business banking and specialty lines to help meet their new customer acquisition, growth and retention goals. + Develops and ensures on-brand execution of the Marketing strategy for Business Banking that meets deposit, loan and growth objectives. + Manages, coordinates, and executes Business Banking campaigns in-market to optimize overall performance. + Provides clear strategic direction and deadline management through creative/project briefs for Bank OZK’s internal creative team. + Creates and executes targeted marketing campaigns for industry-specific services including agricultural lending, small business lending, merchant services and aviation lending. + Collaborates with media planning and digital strategy to develop recommendations on how to optimize campaign and channel performance. + Provides strategic input regarding Business Banking promotions and special offers. + Conducts ongoing market research to support marketing leadership team. + Supports Marketing leadership on special projects as needed. + Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions. + Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work. + Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities + Knowledge of marketing analytical tools and digital platform systems. + Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keyword research and Google Analytics. + Knowledge of client life cycle, retention, and contextual marketing strategies and tactics. + Ability to execute short and long-term B2B marketing initiatives for Bank OZK’s business products and services . + Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. + Ability to analyze data and translate results into effective strategies to drive business outcomes. + Ability to develop strong partnerships with line of business leaders. + Ability to work without close supervision. + Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to demonstrate excellent and effective customer service skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality. + Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment. + Ability to demonstrate attention to detail. + Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Basic Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or other job-relevant field, or commensurate work experience, required. + 3+ years’ work experience in marketing, advertising, lending and/or banking, required.
