A rare opportunity to be part of a unique SVOD service and play an integral role in the success of the brand across Asia Pacific, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand. The Marketing Manger will support the Marketing Director to interpret the overarching global brand strategy and execute campaigns that resonate locally to meet both DTC and B2B business objectives. Coordinating Hayu APAC’s ATL and BTL marketing activity, you’ll work across all aspects of marketing from events, activations, PR, content, partnerships to offline and digital media. The successful candidate will be as passionate about reality TV as they are about marketing, combined with an eagerness to work in a digital, data driven business. A balanced creative and analytical mindset is required, alongside the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Team in the creation and development of key tentpole marketing campaigns plus local pulse campaigns that meet KPIs. + Tailor global campaigns and execute locally nuanced regional campaigns that meet specific territory business objectives. + Develop media plans and execute all media deliverables. + Work cohesively with the in-house PR and Social teams to create and execute key events including screenings, press tours and experiential marketing events. + Collaborate in influencer/content creator activities internally and externally, including creation of briefs, identifying Creator selection, providing assets and assisting in content approvals. + Collate post campaign analysis reports to understand impact and inform future campaigns. + Manage the creative workflow that includes creative concepting, briefing, asset delivery and coordinating where required, with both in-house Creative teams and external Creative Agencies. + Point person for multiple B2B partners across media, tech and telcos in order to co-create and execute effective marketing activity. + Own and manage territory budgets including day to day financial management of POs and invoicing. + Ensure local compliance for all marketing activity across responsible territories. + Manage stakeholders, build collaborative relationships both internally (CRM, Performance Marketing, PR, Creative, Finance, Legal, Research, Content, Commercial and Product) and externally (Commercial Partners, Brand Partners and Agencies). + Create presentations and pitches for both internal stakeholders and external partners. + Support all other Hayu related ad-hoc and special projects. This role sits in our Sydney-based APAC team, as part of a global marketing team. As this role requires working across multiple timezones at times (mostly UK, occasionally Canada or Asia), we offer flexible working with a hybrid approach You are a super smart self-starter with a superhuman ability to get things done, quickly and to a high standard. You will be comfortable being in the weeds in a very hands on role. We’ll need you to prioritise efficiently, think rigorously and creatively, have high attention to detail, be a proactive go-getter and a great communicator. Given the nature of the role, you should be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to work flexibility and autonomously. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE + 3+ years experience in a B2C brand role within a fast-paced DTC or consumer brand + Strong understanding with the Australian media landscape + Events management or execution + Experience in working with media, PR and content creators + Understanding of media planning and execution + Sound financial acumen in order to support local budget management + Ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects simultaneously + Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills + Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing experience Highly desirable: + OTT/Streaming/Media/Tech experience highly desirable. + You are literate in all things Bravolebrity and have a deep understanding of reality fan culture. + Experience of working on brands targeting women millennial consumers. + B2B marketing or account management experience.
