Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute the annual marketing strategy, budget, and advertising plans Conduct in-depth research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategies Drive product and market development initiatives Oversee the growth and performance of all social media channels Manage and optimize all digital, display, and PPC campaigns to ensure effectiveness Develop and implement successful strategies for all social media platforms Collaborate with external media representatives such as journalists, bloggers, and production houses to secure coverage for the organization Lead public relations efforts, ensuring positive brand image and messaging Provide market analysis and reporting to measure and improve performance Manage and lead the E-Learning department, ensuring smooth operations and high team performance Requirements: Diploma, Bachelors or Honours in Marketing At least 10 years of experience in the Tourism sector Proven track record in managing and leading teams, with a strategic mindset Excellent communication and organizational skills If you have the passion for travel and tourism, along with the experience and leadership skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns, we encourage you to apply.
