ark data centers is seeking a highly organized and versatile Marketing Manager to act as the key coordinator of all marketing initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Product, this role will own the execution of multi-channel campaigns and marketing initiatives, guiding both internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can wear multiple hats—both overseeing projects at a strategic level and rolling up their sleeves as an individual contributor when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Marketing Execution: Coordinate and execute a range of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and experiential channels, ensuring they align with company objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product, sales) and external agencies/vendors to manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and assets.
• Project & Resource Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and campaign scopes, balancing multiple campaigns and stakeholder priorities effectively.
• Operational Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day point person for marketing operations, facilitating clear communication among cross-functional teams.
• Marketing Tools & Platforms: Maintain and optimize key marketing tools (e.g., Pardot, 6sense) to support lead generation, nurturing, and overall campaign success.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze data, and present insights to inform future strategies and continuous improvements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven record of both hands-on campaign execution and project management.
• Proficiency in marketing automation (especially Pardot) and ABM platforms such as 6sense.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to spot and correct inconsistencies.
• Data-driven approach to marketing, with experience interpreting metrics and performance data.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Knowledge of best practices for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.

Compensation Range: Grade 8: $81,000 - $121,500
