About the role: The Manager of Marketing will develop, manage, and implement strategies and tactics to support Premise Health’s marketing and sales strategy. The person in this role will report to the AVP, Marketing and Creative and will work closely with sales, as well as the broader marketing team, to build and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that drive growth. 

Key responsibilities include managing a Marketing Coordinator; developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans; owning the company’s tradeshow and event program; ensuring brand alignment across properties and platforms; and forging trusted relationships with key audiences.  

Essential Functions:

Leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that increase sales and support a strong brand identity, including setting goals, developing campaigns, tracking performance, and recommending areas for improvement Drives demand and lead generation through digital campaigns, event and sponsorship strategies, and sales enablement activities in collaboration with product and brand managers to ensure consistency of messaging and a coordinated approach across all channels and audiencesOversees annual conference and sponsorship schedule including strategy, execution, budget management, and collateral deploymentLeads event planning for annual Client Forum including vendor identification and management, team coordination, and stakeholder communicationsManages production and fulfillment of collateral for tradeshows, client events, sales events, and other enterprise needsServes as an internal and external marketing liaison to other departments and teams offering expert guidance and support to ensure consistency across communications channels and platforms Transforms ideas and storylines into thoughtful content in a variety of mediums, including advertisements, presentations, tradeshow materials, company fact sheets, sales toolkits, and moreManages, hires, trains, and tracks performance of Marketing Coordinator, as well as mentor other members on the marketing team to achieve maximum potential and professional growth where appropriate Oversees select vendor relationships (print materials, promotional items, conference contacts, events venues, etc.)May require other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience8 years of experience in professional B2B marketingExperience in healthcare industry preferred

High attention to detailDemonstrated ability to understand customers – their pain points, how and why they buy – and to create actionable strategies that supports the sales processProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proven experience designing, implementing, and executing projects which involve numerous marketing elements, stages, and stakeholdersExpert communicator with the ability to build relationships across multiple groups and communicate effectively with both upper management and peersHighly creative with the ability to interpret ideas, needs or concepts and deliver design that visually communicates the message effectivelyExcellent writer, proofreader, and copy editorExceptional project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslySelf-starter who can work both independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated ability to prepare accurate budgets and effectively manage expensesSolid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
