Marketing Manager

As our Marketing Manager you'll be focused on expanding Image Guided Therapy’s business in the North America region by collaborating with the North America marketing communications team, global product marketing and sales leadership to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Your role will be focused on: 

Defining and executing a strong marketing plan and budget to support the growth of the assigned clinical segment within the Image Guided Therapy business in North America.Creating and/or updating messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials for Image Guided Therapy in collaboration with global product marketing and external subject matter experts.Conducting competitive analysis to understand how competitors address customer challenges and refine differentiated messaging and content accordingly.Developing compelling training materials—including live trainings, objection handling resources, cheat sheets, and certification courses—to enable sales to effectively communicate the value of Image Guided Therapy in solving customer challenges.Developing, monitoring, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) – aligned to broader strategic marketing objectives – to measure product marketing efficacy.Developing and maintaining customer relationships, interactions with KOLs and manage physician consultant(s).

  

You're the right fit if:  

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in health care marketing, specifically in B2B companies.You have demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.Your skills include excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and measure results in a challenging environment.You have an analytical mindset with proficiency in utilizing data for informed decision-making.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
