Marketing Manager–Branding & Communication

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Research, Develop, execute, manage, “Communications strategy” and “Media Strategy” to support business and deliver campaigns that drive brand, reputational and commercial growth.Work closely with Sales /Trade Marketing to analyze target markets and product mix and identify subsequent marketing opportunities to reach right target customer.Monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitors' activities to aid in the development of marketing campaigns and inspire the development of high-quality creative assets.Ensure all communication materials (offline and online) conform to brand identity and where quality met timeline.Manage internal communication programming and messaging.Analyze marketing performance, optimize ROI for all advertising channels and events.Responsible for budget accountability, reporting and monthly forecast and spend accuracy.Team Management: lead and motivate marketing communications team and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business (brand partners)

Qualifications

Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing communicationsAbility to think strategically and commercially.Experienced in internal corporate communications and /or external communications, social / digital marketing.Strong understanding of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging.Experienced in leading projects from start to launch. (end – to -end)Able to build and manage a multidisciplinary team.A team player who is positive, hands on and able to get the best out of a team.Drive and resilience to deliver excellence amidst tight timelines and changing circumstances.Fluency in English is essential.
