**Marketing Manager: SEO & Growth Strategy**
**Location:** This position will work a hybrid model (remote & office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint office locations.
Preferred Location: Louisville, KY
The **Marketing Manager: SEO & Growth Strategy** is responsible for developing enterprise marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy to help drive growth from our public websites. This role will be responsible for generating leads and sales through the website by driving traffic growth via SEO, as well as website optimizations to improve conversion rates.
**How You Will Make An Impact:**
+ Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze campaign and website performance to identify trends, gaps, user behaviors, and opportunities for improvement. Track SEO and website sales compared to forecast. Communicate progress compared to goal to internal stakeholders.
+ SEO Optimization: Understand business priorities, goals, and objectives and assist with building the SEO strategic roadmap; provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure that the website content, structure, and design are optimized for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
+ Website Health & Content Strategy: Perform detailed QA on web properties in all environments, including meta descriptions, URL naming, and content. Handle editorial tasks like drafting SEO content, writing page titles and meta descriptions, and giving strategic copy advice.
+ User Experience Design: Recommend and partner internally to implement strategies that ensure a smooth, useful, and engaging experience for website visitors. Leverage ecommerce expertise to identify optimization opportunities, test, and improve Calls To Action (CTAs) within the shopping experience.
+ Operations Management: Oversee SEO & website optimization work process, from ticket logging to task completion. Collaborate with digital content strategy for website improvements; partner with IT/scrum teams to ensure timely and accurate website enhancements.
+ Builds market product / marketing plans.
+ Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
+ Coordinates the development and review of website content with appropriate resources.
+ Provides leadership and direction to marketing agency, handles requests, and reviews suggestions.
**Minimum Requirements:**
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences:**
+ For URAC accredited areas, the following professional competencies apply: Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
+ SEO specific experience including use of SEO platform tools (Semrush, Conductor, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc.)
+ Experience with Adobe (AEM, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
+ Relevant experience in the healthcare/insurance/financial services industry or other related highly regulated field.
+ Experience collaborating with a digital team to ensure marketing requirements are implemented accurately and on-time.
+ Analytical, data-driven, results-oriented personality; able to interpret data and to present findings.
+ Detailed oriented with proofing / testing experience.
+ Extremely organized and able to multi-task, managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
+ eCommerce site optimization experience.
+ Knowledge of Scrum/Agile framework.
