The role is not boring for sure; here you get to not only put your ideas on a table but implement them as well. You will work as part of an international Team and cooperate with various Marketing functions to bring your ideas to life.

The successful candidate will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders and maintain a strong partnership network to grow our brand, customer base and online sales.

What will you be doing?

Regularly analyse market conditions and build successful strategies to drive performance and increase market share

Create and execute Regional Marketing plans to drive business KPIs

Localise and deliver Global campaigns into the Region

Manage online marketing programs from idea generation to full campaign implementation, campaign optimisation, and driving campaign ROI

Plan online marketing funnel to maximise marketing programs’ performance

Create compelling landing pages, and marketing assets to drive campaigns conversion.

Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI while staying on budget

Collaborate with marketing channel owners (PPC, SM, SEO, PR) to maximize campaign performance.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and agencies to effectively define, develop, and execute marketing plans

Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and experimentation.

What about you?

Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience

Minimum 3+ years of people management experience

Ability to exhibit analytical acumen and use data-driven insights to plan and drive marketing programs

Proven track of experience in driving successful multichannel, digital campaigns, understanding of digital channels

Commercial marketer with drive for results

Experience in building marketing plans and managing marketing budgets

Capability to manage internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.

Self-motivated individual capable of inspiring and motivating people and communicating within remote teams

Experience in an international business is preferred

Fluent communication in English

Additional European language will be an advantage
