Job Overview:

 

The Oncology Junior Marketing Specialist will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Takeda’s oncology products. This role will focus on market research, campaign coordination, and performance analysis to drive brand growth and market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans for oncology products.

·         Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

·         Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

·         Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

·         Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.

·         Monitor and report on industry trends and marketing best practices.

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.

·         1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

·         Basic understanding of oncology and related therapeutic areas.

·         Strong analytical and research skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·         Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

·         Experience of working in Oncology.

·         English language (fluent).

·         Demonstrate tactical planning skills and effectively manage projects to ensure successful delivery of Marketing initiatives.

·         Good customer understanding of pharmaceutical market and stakeholders.

·         Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

·         Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical marketing.
