The position is responsible for coordinating sales support by organization of marketing events and managing all daily marketing activities.

Organize and provide materials and logistic coordination to marketing events like congresses, workshops etc.Ensure that participants’ subscriptions to company events and all marketing activities documentations are in line with fiscal, legal and company requirements.Collect and maintain accurate library of marketing activities documentationMaintain marketing materials and monitor its production to ensure consistency and appropriatenessDevelop marketing support materialsServe as liaison between company and advertising agencies, print suppliers and various marketing services.Provide logistic arrangements to sales forceCollect and maintain an up-to-date customer and competitors database

Qualifications/Requirements:  

Preferable Diploma/university qualification within the marketing field or similarPreferably candidates who have completed or in their final year of their tertiary studies.Driver’s LicensePreferably South African citizens     Strong computer skills, knowledgeable in Windows applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
