Job Type: Internship (Beginning May 2025) / Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Duration: 8-10 weeks

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join the Leasing Advisory Marketing team for Summer 2025. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment, a strong communicator and motivated to learn. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within a rewarding, collaborative, corporate environment in the commercial real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns/programs as well as other priority/key initiatives (e.g., internal/external promotion of Raise acquisition; Sponsored Content package research and project management; Tool-Kit development/updates for country campaign activation)Creating and curating content for social media platforms and external-facing newsletters (e.g., Retail Perspectives)Support the team in organizing and preparing materials for key events/trade shows (e.g., webinars/forums/virtual roundtables, ICSC)Assist in the creation of supporting marketing materials and assets (e.g., email, social, etc.) for marketing/research/thought leadership outputs (e.g., Tenant Demand Study); submitting and managing requests with JBS team via WorkfrontAssist with basic data analysis and reporting as well as working with marketing lead lists, including adding and sorting new contacts in spreadsheetsParticipating in business line strategy/planning and update meetings and writing recaps/next steps

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPAStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plusFamiliarity with social media platforms and digital marketing conceptsA fast learner who is a creative thinker and problem-solverAbility to multitask and manage time effectively while working in a fast-paced environment

Estimated total compensation for this position:

25,000.00 – 45,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
