General Responsibilities
The Marketing Expert pPropose, develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across multiple channels. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends to support Evertec's marketing strategy, and advising on the most effective ways to engage the target audience. Key competencies include expertise in marketing strategy, B2B marketing, social media marketing, branding, SEO, and proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Performs duties through methods and actions that are consistently ethical and in total compliance with the laws, applicable regulations, Code of Ethics, corporate policies and guidelines and rules of conduct. Completes corporate trainings and certifications intended for the detection and prevention of money laundering related activities and fraud, insider training and conflict of interest policies and procedures, as applicable.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, business administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communications.
Knowledge and Skills Required
•Develop, implement, and monitor integrated marketing programs across email, social media, digital campaigns, and events to drive business growth and brand visibility.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic marketing initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
•Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
•Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
•Create and manage marketing deliverables, including website content, sales and product collateral, brochures, and content for landing pages, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards.
•Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content for multiple channels (i.e., email, social media, digital campaigns), maintaining a high standard of clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
•Develop KPIs aligned with strategic priorities and track deliverables against defined goals.
•Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
•Lead and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and third-party providers.
•Proven experience launching new products with a comprehensive strategy and executing client engagement campaigns and loyalty programs to enhance and strengthen relationships.
•Plan, propose, and oversee the execution of BTL (Below the Line) and ATL (Above the Line) campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning.
•Ensures execution of all key controls including but not limited to SOX controls for role as per assigned roles within established procedures and within approved delegation of authority and authorized limits. Responds to and reviews all escalations or deviations that may be brought to his or her attention. Reports any exceptions to established
internal controls and documents for any employee.
Additional Information
Monday to Friday 8:00am a 5:00pm
Available to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required supporting projects in the region.
