Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. **Marketing Programme Implementation:** Support the delivery of marketing programmes as well as middle east marketing activities / campaigns in the region in agreement with the regional Lead Area Marketing Manager, the Marketing Director and the wider Distribution & Channel Marketing team (DCM) as well as KSA Brand teams.
2. **Committee Management:** Support to manage activities of the local Area Commercial Forum (ACF) as well as Area Sales Forum (ASF) of the region. Help to ensure activities are implemented on time within agreed budgets and in alignment with the Committees.
**Decision Making Responsibilities (Key Decision Rights)**
+ Support local marketing campaigns
+ Support local sales promotions and support to Area Sales Forum
+ Manage local marketing trainings (e.g. IHG One Rewards)
+ Help to organize GM, Sales and Marketing events
+ Provide local partnerships with relevant IHG marketing assets
+ Proofread/ sign - off translations, adaptations of communication in English / Arabic Languages
+ Support to manage local marketing agencies for advertising, design and printing, in accordance with company accreditation guidelines
+ Support to develop and implement marketing plans
+ Support to ensure the implementation of IHG One Rewards in local markets to maximize revenue spend per customer
+ Make sure that Central Marketing peers are fully educated as to relevant country specificities and needs of the markets.

**Education**
Degree level education, ideally with a business/marketing element or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
**Required Skills/Qualifications**
+ 1-2 year’s+ experience in marketing and/or sales in the hotel or travel industry preferred
+ Strong presentational and influencing skills
+ Linguistic skills/cultural sensitivity – English business fluent
+ Previous experience in multi-channel international environment preferred but not a must
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Very good oral and written communication skills
+ Marketing knowledge including first experiences in at least 4 areas of the below:
+ the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
+ social media, digital campaigns & media
+ performance driven marketing: analysis, appropriate action, metrics & reporting
+ use of market research & insight
+ working within an integrated sales & marketing function to drive results
+ agency management
+ developing and delivering Partnership Marketing and exploitation programs
+ Sales Promotions (including 3 rd party
