As a Marketing Executive, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of spearheading and executing marketing initiatives aimed at propelling the growth and enhancing the visibility of our esteemed organization. Your pivotal role will involve crafting and implementing all-encompassing marketing strategies, orchestrating campaigns, and meticulously scrutinizing market trends to ensure the seamless achievement of all objectives.

What will I be doing?

A Marketing Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n· Coordinates with operational departments on a daily basis to keep information in the market.
\n· Keeps the department and the wider hotel informed on promotions and initiatives.
\n· Attends departmental marketing meetings and to work on and keep a track on progress of projects.
\n· Coordinates and oversees the production of existing collateral and the development of new promotional materials including flyers, booklets, magazines and menu templates.
\n· Ensures that all hotel collateral, printed/tablets/hotel screens/in room TV is updated and current and to manage the inventory of all printed collateral ordered and distributed.
\n· Keeps an accurate record of contracts, purchase orders and invoices for the department.
\n· Assists with the implementation of the hotel’s advertising plan and coordinates with agencies and media outlets related to creative, media planning and distribution.
\n· Liaises with operational teams to report on performance of promotions and ROI on marketing spend.
\n· Manages key partnerships with third parties.
\n· Monitors the market for new trends and competitors promotions to keep the hotels activities current and relevant.
\n· Brings ideas and participates in the preparations of the promotional theme events, other promotional activities and initiatives on social media.
\n· Attend and contribute to meetings, department and hotel trainings and other scheduled activities.
\n· Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
\n· It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
