You will become an invaluable partner to your stakeholders, help catalyse their thinking about what’s possible, identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to drive top line growth, personalised consumer experiences and optimises business processes.** **Dimensions** **Financial** **The role is responsible for managing the total cost of ownership of the products in their remit.** **This analytics product-focused role works closely with product stakeholders and coordinates across teams within Marketing, D&T, DA&I, and across Diageo.** **Leadership Responsibilities/ Key Stakeholders:** **Product Management - create and manage a product vision including defining and prioritizing features and capabilities. Delivering performance – move effectively between strategy and operational detail Create Possibilities – proven track record in delivering value through best-in-class analytics. Influencing across a matrixed organisation – creating outstanding teamwork and alignment Creating Possibilities - Energise and inspire others to deliver outstanding results** **Purpose of Role** **Lead matrixed, cross-functional, teams to deliver the marketing mix modelling product vision.** **Own the product roadmap and evolution collaborating with A&I, marketing effectiveness leaders, and business customers.** **Prioritize features based on user feedback, market demand, and strategic importance.** **Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure the product meets technical and user requirements.** **Cultivate a continuous learning environment within the team and analytics community through persistent development of new skills and sharing of knowledge through mentorships and contributions to the open-source community** **Manage and resolve business and technical interdependencies** **Ensure that insights generated through analytics translate into impact at scale for the business** **Top 3-5 Accountabilities** **Draw on excellent business domain knowledge and MMM proficiency to bridge the gap in expertise between business stakeholders and technical teams and be a credible partner to both the Data Sciences function as well as business decision-makers Support the implementation of analytics products into business processes and impact measurement. Own the total cost of ownership of the analytics products within your remit. Co-own the product use cases including ROI. Provide guidance and ongoing improvements in various areas such as methodology, product evolution, business process change, benefits measurement.** **The job holder may be instructed by their immediate superior to perform all tasks directly or indirectly related, additional or supplementary to the scope of duties defined in this role profile.** **Qualifications and Experience Required** **MBA/master’s in business analytics / data science / statistics / economics and / or degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science. Analytic management experience and / or leadership highly advantageous.** **12-14 years’ experience at a leading multinational company** **Experience delivering solutions using Agile methods and championing Agile in an organization.** **Solid experience in one/or more of the following business domains: Consumer Products, Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance.** **Commercial experience in Analytics/ Insights/ Machine Learning/ Data Science** **Solid knowledge of various statistical and predictive techniques and their applicability to a range of business problems** **Barriers to Success in Role** **Focus on winning with customers and consumers** **Defining the right analytics product(s) vision, roadmap, and adoption plan.** **Becoming a trusted partner of stakeholders** **Location / Flexible Working Options** **Standard flexible working environment.** **Occasional travel maybe required as part of this role** **5** **Experience / skills required:** (TE to provide) **Flexible Working Statement:** Flexibility is key to our success.
