You create and deploy future-proof brand strategies that are grounded in deep consumer insight, data-driven and digitally integrated to ensure profitable business growth and which lead to brand excellence and innovation.
**How you will contribute**
You will lead the brand acceleration team and the brand community to create and implement the brand architecture and portfolio strategy including brand-led innovation strategies to elevate brand excellence. In this role, you will develop brand communications and execute multi-market strategic campaigns; create and implement brand-growth and strategic plans that include identifying white space opportunities and cross/new categories strategies; and create global visual identity guidelines and definitions. In addition, you will lead brand design initiatives (including packaging); effectively manage creative agency, media and digital partner relationships; and work with the media and digital team to recommend and implement digital strategies that include step-changing eCommerce brand plans. You will also refine and communicate best practices, winning strategies, key consumer insights, fast-adapt opportunities, and identify “where to play” and “how to play” to feed into the brand led innovation strategy and develop winning bundles of strategic innovation across multiple markets.
