Your role:
Participate in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by health systems business in ChinaCollaborate with global business to define locally relevant professional marketing deliverables, product portfolio, and business modelsCollaborate with central marketing teams to ensure professional marketing communication as needed is in place; lead execution of local marketing activation towards professionals together with local marketing teamTake lead in training local professional sales force ensuring sales force effectiveness and equipment with latest clinical evidenceDrive professional recommendation of the Philips brand within professional channels in the markets by development and execution of the marketing strategies and contribution in the 24-month marketing plansContribute to the business P&L by supporting sales teams in professional channelsWork in the large markets, in which professional channels are significant, or require substantial development.Your team:
You will report to Business Leader. You will work closely with upstream marketing, central marketing, product sales, etc. You will lead a team of marketing in China. You will be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
