Marketing Data Intelligence Analyst I

As a Marketing Data Intelligence Analyst I, your primary role is the management of minor marketing list request and as a backup for major segment lists. You hold a pivotal position responsible for safeguarding the accuracy and efficacy of our marketing list campaigns. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the success of the marketing campaigns. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this critical role:

Responsibilities:

Lead List Management

Scrub opt-outs and blacklisted contacts or accounts from marketing lists.Extract organization and contact information from the marketing database based on the criteria or targets set by the segment partners.Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and audience segmentation.Ensure data accuracy and manage expectations with respect to timeliness.

Campaign Optimization

Collaborate with segment partners to resolve issues and factors affecting the volume of data desired for the marketing campaigns.Continuously refine list generation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Data Analysis and Insights

Track marketing campaigns, evaluate the criteria, and provide recommendations for target audience.Provide insights to segment partners on the attributes from the marketing database that will help with their targeting criteria and enhance the success of their campaigns.Analyze campaign trends and forecast list adjustments need to be made for conflicting projects from different segments.

Knowledge Share

Share and walkthrough the team in techniques and process or segment related updates.

Qualifications:

Application of RCA/problem solving skills – there should be improvement results after RCA.Analyst must have completed CI project(s).Knowledge: Proficiency in database tools like SQL Server, Redshift (AWS), DBeaver.Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBISkills:Strong analytical abilities with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, SQL, DBeaver)Has leadership competencies and experienced with stakeholder collaboration.Ability to work with large datasets and perform ad hoc analyses.Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation.Sharp focus to details and quality.
