We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world._ **Main responsibilities:** + Develop strong understanding of customer experience journeys to create and/or deliver experience strategies in an Omnichannel environment. + Advance on Go-to-Market models (face-to-face, peer-to-peer and 100% digital) for a strong customer engagement (propose, develop, and deliver solutions). + Support day-to-day marketing core activities such as development and adaptation of promotional materials, thing digital, financial, and budget controlling, analyzing return over investment (tangible and intangible), among others. + Lead and conduct internal and external events, being responsible for organizing booths, symposia, sponsorships, negotiations with 3rd parties, materials for distribution, meeting confirmations, events agency etc. + Strong execution drive regarding planned marketing activities, keeping a strategic thinking to prioritize and re-prioritize tactics and timings. + Competitive market understanding: keeping track of competitors moves, identifying opportunities/proposing tactics for brand differentiation to obtain better market results and gain market share. + Support internal processes, deal with E-buy, SAP, Veeva, Promomats, SharePoint and other software and systems. **About you** **Experience** : + Experience in pharmaceutical industry with a focus on marketing and/or sales. + Experience in project/product management will be an asset. **Soft and Technical skills:** + Excellent communication skills. + Project and time management skills. + Data Analysis skills. + Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. + Agile and proactive person willing to learn. + A team-oriented attitude. + Transversal Cooperation. + Sense for initiative, creativity, and flexibility. **Education** : + Master’s degree in Business Administration / Business / Marketing or a related field. **Languages** : + Fluent English (written and verbal). + Portuguese would be a plus. **Why choose us?** iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
