What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies for a key strategic pillar, Siemens Xcelerator. This position is ideally suited for a self-motivated and collaborative individual as you will be conducting many benchmarking activities and communicating with various stakeholders, both locally and globally. This position will work cross-functionally supporting both the Smart Infrastructure and Digital Industries businesses.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research on industrial digital platforms. Execute baselining exercises with other regional colleagues to gather best practices for local implementation. Collaborate with businesses to build the customer audience and map out the customer journey. Draft campaign strategies based on business goals and objectives with the support of marketing and communications teams.

Content Creation:

Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and collateral materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation. Collaborate with external agencies for the development of marketing collateral. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Siemens' messaging guidelines. Manage the creation, translation, and distribution of various internal and external communications.

Digital Marketing:

Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content distribution. Track campaign KPIs, A/B testing, and conduct analysis following campaigns. Support web development activities as needed.

Executive Support:

Provide support to senior leadership on various communications and activations as needed.

What will you need to succeed?

Third- or fourth-year student enrolled in a university degree with a focus on Marketing (with an anticipated graduation in April 2026) Previous marketing and communications experience is a strong asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to network and collaborate with local and global colleagues on various benchmarking activities and projects. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative suite, social media platforms, and others. Bilingual is considered an asset.
