We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our small but dynamic Marketing team. In this exciting and fast paced role, you will play a critical role in supporting the National Marketing Manager in both the development and execution of marketing campaigns and providing essential copywriting support to the broader marketing team. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

Assist in managing the marketing plans for our Commercial Activities Operating Segment (Digital, Insurance, Finance, and Sustainability). Partner with stakeholders to identify priorities and define commercial objectives of proposed marketing activities. Collaborate with the National Marketing Manager to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that align with corporate goals and brand standards. Produce compelling, clear, and brand-consistent content for various platforms including digital media, print, internal communications, and customer email communications. Support the marketing team in developing promotional materials by providing excellent copywriting services. Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, grammar, and adherence to established brand voice.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator role within a fast-paced Corporate or Agency environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing skills Demonstrated ability to create engaging content including social media, web content, newsletters, blogs, or email marketing Experience adhering to brand guidelines Proven ability to develop effective working relationships across a large business  An innovative and creative thinker Ability to travel periodically and hold a valid driver’s license
