This role is responsible of: 1. Brand awareness and trust: communication and marketing strategy is key for the business to generate engagement with card members and being competitive. 2. Retention: helps retain existing card members by engaging them with personalized content and offers 3. Differentiation: communicate value proposition, offers (such as Plan N) create new strategies 4. Educational content: on how to use benefits, Plan N, offers, etc. These points underline how crucial this marketing positions are for driving growth, maintain compliance, ensure card members satisfaction and needs. **Impact on results that this position must generate.** 1. Revenue Growth: drives billings, spend stimulation and Plan N Generation, also 2. Customer Loyalty and retention: to have a healthy portfolio 3. Digital focus and competitive advantage **Key responsibilities:** To create strategies focused on spend stimulation, retention and card members engagement Generates benefit usage and engagement with partners Grow frequency and spend within card members Collaborate and innovate to generate new ways to create strategies Find new ways to communicate and be closer to card members **Minimum Qualifications** + External perspective to always look how to differentiate + Proactivity + Communication Skills + Information analysis + Focus on results **Preferred Qualifications** 1.
