The Marketing Coordinator at Lennar assists the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and responsibilities including marketing collateral, signage, marketing events and market research.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Responsible for creation and maintaining up to date inventory of marketing/digital assets including, but not limited to photography, floorplans, elevations, maps, digital sales presentation tools, and virtual model tours.
Coordinate external and internal community events.
Attend all marketing division meetings, calls, events both onsite and virtual.
Create, maintain, update and distribute inventory of sales and marketing collateral.
Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing department by maintaining all marketing files, reports, supplies, signage and invoices.
Create, submit jobs and maintain all community virtual tours and videos.
Creation of marketing website assets to include floorplan line art and exterior renderings.
Assist with community openings including model home and sales office installations and events.
Responsible for model conversion and sales office close out.
Coordinate sales trailer set-up and installation to include vendor coordination, IT, furniture, supplies and signage.
Responsible for ordering all IT needs for models and sales office set-ups.
Plan, coordinate and oversee all new community and model signage including construction homesite signs.
Conduct weekly onsite visits to all communities to ensure optimal presentation of the marketing corridor and model homes, including managing model maintenance, cleaning vendors, landscapers, and entry and model signage
Provide support for the new community process from initial start-up to sales launch
Manage marketing storage unit contents.
Be knowledgeable about all Lennar current and upcoming communities, including floorplans, locations and schedules.
Coordinate with sales to install and remove inventory home staging needs.
Responsible for setting up new vendors and department invoice coding.
Maintain and order community homeowner closing gifts.
Coordinate and order golf cart needs and maintenance for all communities.
Responsible to create, maintain and distribute weekly community sales maps.
Responsible for Lennar Store orders
Work with the marketing team (division, regional and corporate) to develop, execute and evaluate marketing strategies, concepts, and ideas for communities and homes for the division.
In addition, the candidate will be required to cross train with the other support staff in the Sales and Marketing Department.
Foster and promote a Team Environment.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Your Toolbox
One (1) year of marketing, organizational and/or administrative experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Valid and unrestricted Motor Vehicle License required
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
Proficient in creative programs and adaptive to learning new platforms
Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team
Excellent organization & communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadlines
Proficient in social media and digital media
Detail-oriented and proactive
Strong time management skills
Accurate keyboarding ability
Excellent grammatical & mathematical skills
Takes pride in work
Graphic design experience a plus
SalesForce knowledge a plus
Tableau knowledge a plus
JD Edwards knowledge a plus
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 – actually is closer to 50 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.
