Job DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with event-day social media content. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to capture and share engaging social media stories in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
System & Document Support
Maintain and organize marketing documents, reports, and databases.Ensure accurate record-keeping and filing of marketing materials.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing-related documentation.Administrative Tasks
Handle daily administrative duties to support the marketing team.Coordinate internal and external communications related to marketing activities.Assist in scheduling meetings, tracking budgets, and managing marketing inventory (e.g., promotional materials, event supplies).Event-Day Social Media Content
Capture and create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels, and social media posts during events.Work closely with the marketing team to align content with the brand’s tone and objectives.QualificationsStrong organizational and administrative skills.Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.Ability to create real-time content with a good eye for detail.Basic knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canvas.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
