Location: Onsite in Midtown, NYCType: 6 month contract 20+ hours a weekCompensation Range: $23-$27/hr W2We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide tactical support across various retail marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with product, operations, and marketing teams to integrate merchandise into campaigns, developing creative assets for in-store and digital displays, and managing production timelines. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to secure relevant brand assets, facilitate approvals, and maintain the content calendar. The position also includes invoice tracking and reporting to the Marketing Director. If you're organized, creative, and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities: Provide tactical support for all retail marketing needs inclusive of but not limited to: Partner with internal product, operations, and marketing team on the integration of the merchandise into marketing initiative including print, email, grand openings and other promotions and activations. Own the development of creative assets for monthly and seasonal creative updates of in-shop signing and digital displays with freelance creative resource(s). Partner with cross functional teams to meet all production timelines. Partner with house and license brand teams to secure unique assets most relevant to the customers. Facilitate marketing approvals with marketing, visual, field, operations and global brand teams. Participate in several weekly meetings to communicate project deliverable status and calendar adjustments. Manage the content calendar and communicate to internal partners for planning, alignment and store communications. Submit invoices for freelance creative and track payment status. Provide weekly status reports to Marketing Director. Qualifications: MS 365; specifically Excel and Powerpoint. 1-2 years retail marketing experience inhouse or within agency. Project & Traffic Management/ coordination. Invoice & Budget tracking. Must be comfortable in a high-volume output role. Basic copywriting skills.
