What you'll do:

Dynamic, creative, compassionate, marketing expert that loves to collaborate and wear a variety of hats with a small but mighty marketing team. You’ll bring your innovative skills to manage AmeriHome’s Retail Lending Social Media channels for our corporate initiatives, market updates, brand recognition, lead generation, and recruiting efforts as well as individual Loan Officer accounts which include LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We’re also looking for outstanding video production skills to complement your professional expertise. Adding to the mix, you’ll contribute to our content creation and ever-growing asset library by supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns through our omni-channel marketing efforts targeting new, current, and lapsed customers to drive mortgage leads and build retention as well as develop and maintain marketing communications to support the AmeriHome brand through Reputation Management programs.

What we are looking for:

Create content and strategy for social media channels to drive leads, brand recognition, and follower engagementManage and execute on content creation through posts, monthly calendars and analyticsAnalyze and report on social media performance and identify new opportunitiesWrite, proofread, and edit creative contentUse various design and video software to create marketing materialsSupport the execution of marketing campaigns including copy writing, SEO keywords, setting up review pages (Confluence) and QA review for social, websites, email, direct mail, and printManage AmeriHome’s TrustPilot and other reviews for publishing in marketing communications as well as the Detractor Program which is critical to maintaining AmeriHome’s high NPS Score (Net Promoter Score)Maintain Product Giveaway Tracking for Borrower incentivesSupport the development and execution of marketing internal communications and programsCompliance and brand steward, QC that all communications are following guidelinesDevelop partnerships across the organization including marketing, analytics, project management, agency partners and vendors driving strategic executionWork with the marketing team in achieving the goal of delivering the appropriate message, at the right time, in the right channel by contributing to the communication strategy to increase brand loyalty

What you need to have:

Minimum 5 years of marketing or related experience requiredBachelor’s degree requiredFinancial services experience highly recommendedSocial Media Pro with a proven track record of gaining increases in audience share among a variety of social channelsVideo content and production expertiseWorking knowledge of SEO and implementationA natural ability to collaborate well with others across all levels of a complex matrix organizationExceptional project management, attention to detail and organizational skillsOperates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detailStrong written storytelling and verbal communication skillsSkilled in writing and editing content (a sample of previous work preferred)Skilled in basic design software with an eye for creative excellenceProficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Video softwareHubSpot, WordPress and Video editing experience a plus,Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not requiredExperience working in a regulated, compliance-heavy industry/environmentEnsure adherence company policies and procedures, applicable federal, state and laws and regulationsAny other tasks assigned by the SVP Marketing or Managing Director Retail Lending Sales
