We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Charlotte and Raleigh divisions with a focus on proposal management and content creation. You’ll play a critical role in creating compelling proposals, identifying winning pursuit themes, and elevating Choate’s brand through award submittals, social media, and event execution. Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Plan: + Align tasks, timelines, and priorities with Choate Construction's overall marketing strategy. Material Creation and Management: + Support project pursuits by managing the creation of proposals and presentations. + Develop and produce a variety of graphic and written materials for projects and marketing packages. + Manage a portfolio of projects, track key milestones, ensure content capture, and distribute across multiple channels. + Oversee the completion of award submissions, coordinating content from multiple stakeholders across different disciplines. + Organize and schedule photography and video services for ongoing and completed projects; create briefs when necessary. + Review and manage all photography (progress and final) in the data asset management system with accuracy and efficiency. + Collaborate with the Communications team to create content for social media and internal platforms, featuring innovative approaches. Event Planning and Content Execution: + Lead efforts for jobsite events, including team organization, collateral creation, community outreach coordination, and social media content. Corporate Branding and Standards: + Incorporate company branding initiatives into all marketing materials. + Ensure all collateral maintains consistent, up-to-date style and appearance. + Follow best practices, style guides, and templates set by the Manager of Brand & Graphic Design. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience: + At least three years of experience in an AEC marketing role or similar high-volume environment + Curiosity and interest in compelling storytelling within the AEC space + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Strong Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign skills + Strong writing and editing skills + Utilize and master CRM software to track and leverage information in multiple mediums + High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work. + Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate clearly with teams. + Interest in team engagement and culture-building; this is an in-office role. Work Environment: + 90% office-based, 10% in the field.
