Marketing Content Manager

100% Remote (Preferably located in CA, NY, or NJ)

The Marketing Content Manager is responsible for the creation, copywriting and production, of high-quality advertising campaigns, educational material, marketing collateral and compelling social content ensuring high impact messaging, brand consistency and audience engagement. This role requires expertise in writing, producing webinars, filming, and creating blog content, with a focus on developing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. The Marketing Content Manager is also responsible for managing external vendors to ensure timely and quality output and regularly analyzing performance metrics to enhance content effectiveness. As an integral part of the marketing team, the Marketing Content Manager works closely with cross-functional colleagues to create a cohesive content approach, identifying new opportunities for content creation, and staying informed about industry trends and audience preferences. Additionally, the Marketing Content Manager is expected to maintain editorial calendars, ensure content adheres to SEO practices, and foster relationships with external partners to leverage new content opportunities. Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.

Essential Job Duties

Develop, write, and edit captivating copy for social media, blogs, websites, sales materials, digital channels, ads, newsletters, and printed collateral that highlights WelbeHealth’s brand and services Design, copywrite and produce engaging, compelling marketing collateral and educational materials leveraged by sales, provider relations and government affairs stakeholders Independently produce, capture, and edit video and photo content for diverse purposes such as social media, email marketing, participant testimonials, and events Manage current and identify future content collaborators, freelancers, and external partners to produce bold, impactful content Collaborate with the marketing colleagues to strategize, plan, create, and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery across all platforms Define and manage the in-house photography workflow, ensuring timely archiving of all photo and video assets Analyze content performance using key KPIs to inform future content creation strategies Implement processes and policies to empower team members to capture and share content effectively

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field; advanced degree is a plus –

Professional experience may be substituted

Minimum five (5) years’ experience in content marketing, creation, copywriting, or brand marketing within a B2C company Advanced understanding of AI applications for content creation and marketing workflow optimization Proficient in video/photo production, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and relevant tools, including Adobe Creative Suite Applications (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign and Canva) Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time to WelbeHealth center locations Comprehensive knowledge of best practices and technical requirements for social, digital, and print content Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Strong collaborator with a client service mindset, excelling at relationship building and influencing others
