The Role at a Glance
We’re seeking a Marketing Consultant, Firm Filing Coordinator who is a natural relationship builder and a strong critical thinker that thrives on working collaboratively and independently to drive, record and maintain firm approval of marketing collateral, resulting in broader and more effective distribution of Lincoln products and value add content. S/he will act as a resource to marketing colleagues, business partners and external stakeholder clients and develop and implement efficient and effective processes that ensure effective prioritization, filing and timely approval of resources for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.

Independently build and maintains strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners to effectively prioritize and obtain firm approval of marketing collateral aligned to strategic marketing initiatives across all product lines and value add programs. Work closely with key internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and strategic initiatives and how they align to business goals. Drive cross-business line prioritization of firm filing requests, thereby achieving or maintaining alignment of priorities while adhering to firm-imposed submission limits. Employ strong project management and organizational skills including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects with strict attention to detail in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment. Effectively and proactively navigate various firm-specific submission platforms and serves as a firm filing subject matter expert to internal partners. Identify, recommend, develop and implement process and experience improvements that increase efficiency or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility, including conducting training (as applicable) on firm submission processes. Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility. Serve as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. Exercise sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.What we’re looking for

4-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (minimum required) 3-5+ years’ experience in marketing that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (required) Financial Services experience with understanding of Annuities, Insurance and Retirement Plans highly preferred Strong communication and relationship management skills a must Must be highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment
Travel Requirements:

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
