Your role and responsibilities

As a Marketing Communications Specialist at ABB Energy Industries Division in the Czech Republic, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and executing innovative marketing campaigns that align with global and regional priorities.The work model for the role is: hybrid.This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Brno.Main responsibilities:•\tDevelop and implement communication plans in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic goals.•\tGenerate leads through advertising, digital/social media campaigns, and other promotional activities using an integrated digital marketing strategy.•\tManage relationships with trade media, customers, and public associations; write and edit promotional materials for various media.•\tOrganize events and exhibitions, coordinating with sales to enhance brand presence and support business objectives.•\tCreate and develop creative concepts for communication vehicles in line with corporate branding guidelines and divisional messaging.•\tLocalize and produce relevant print and digital assets (sales kits, collaterals) to build a strong front end.•\tSupport selected internal communication activities at the Local Division level.

Qualifications for the role

\tDegree in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines\tFluent in Czech and English (written and spoken), Hungarian language knowledge as a plus\tMinimum 2 years’ experience in marketing & communications\tDriving Licence and willingness to travel\tCompetencies in digital marketing communications campaigns, professional event management and press relations in the B2B market\tSFDC and Pardot knowledge would be a plus\tKnowledge of Adobe Photoshop/InDesign will be considered a plus\tExcellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrix organization, in a hybrid model
